Two important guidelines to follow -
- You cannot sign up anyone with the same postal address as yourself.
- You cannot sign anyone up from the same I.P. address ie, the same computer/internet connection. Computer libraries in university etc. should be avoided in case of conflicts.

Q: What is a referral?
A: Once you have signed up and completed your offer you will be given a referral link - this is your own link to give out to people. In order to receive your gift you will have to gain referrals to your site, pending referrals are known as a 'yellow'. While a completed referral is known as a 'green'. Failed referrals will be listed as a 'red'. When they sign up you will receive a 'yellow' and once they have completed an offer they will go 'green'. Under your 'My Section' page.
Q: What's the best way to get referrals?
A: Be creative. The easiest way to start is with friends, family and co-workers, but you can also post in forums, chat rooms etc. You can also visit the "How to get greens" or "Trades" sections of eXceem - these should help you get going in no time.
Q: I have completed an offer but not been credited.
A: If you have still not been credited after 5 days (unless stated otherwise on the site) raise a "No offer credit" support ticket.
